Coating

The coating service is our major activity. Your pieces are received and treated in an environment controlled based on your specifications. An optimal and adapted preliminary surface activation is provided, as well as masking and demasking operations and a very precise final inspection. The 3 common Parylene types as well as a fluorinated one are available depending on your requirements. COMELEC provides a standard turn-around time of 10 working days and an express service on demand. For all treatment, every parameters and operations are recorded affording the traceability.

Consulting

Based on more than 30 years of experience in the Parylene field, COMELEC offers its knowledge for technical advice, help of coating implementation and optimisation in your production chain, staff training, maintenance of your Parylene equipment.

Equipement

As users and designers, our equipment is easy, fast and simple to use. Our machines are CE-certified and warranty accurate and repeatable operation with a full recording of the deposition parameters.
COMELEC offers two type of machines, for the tumbling and static process, with different standard dimensions. Furthermore tailored made equipment can be built based on your proper needs.
COMELEC Parylene deposition systems are used for many years in divers industrial branch, the best white room in Europe and top research centres for who the quality is first.
The designers provide themselves the starting of the machine on your production site and after-sales service.

Parylene sales

The Parylene is supplied as a white granular powder of paracyclophane, usually called the dimmer. We offer you three types, Parylene C, N and D.
