The Parylene film is transparent, with a low dielectric permittivity, showing excellent thermodynamic stability (resistant to the solvent and thermal endurance). The coating is biocompatible and biostable as well.
Its properties make it especially reliable as a protection layer for sensitive elements (barrier against the environment or insulator protection).
